Friendly, very helpful and quick to sort thing's out.

when I've needed to have a loan they helped me out filling the forms and they have never rushed me.. i all so like the fact that they let you know within a day or 2 Ii will only go there for a loan. Nowhere else as they know me and that make me feel more relaxed. So YES for CREDIT UNION!!! they've helped me out no end in the past and still now to this day. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Fantastic customer service

Every member of staff I have been in contact with has been very helpful and friendly. I had my 1 year old with me when I went to sign some papers and the lady was great with him, keeping him entertained while I read what I needed to. Quick responses and very professional.
