They are always on hand to support you as an individual and not just by your credit score. Each application is based on you and they don’t just look at your credit report like most companies. Interest is low too! Reviewed on: 17th July 2022

Pay award savings

After 3 years of public sector pay freezes, I was given a small pay uplift a few years ago. I decided that as I wasn't used to having a payrise that I would invest it into the Credit Union. Some years later I've got a nice pot for emergencies. Annual statements mean I forget it exists and then get a nice surprise! I always recommend the Credit Union to friends, family & colleagues. Although I haven't been with Sheffield Credit Union for quite some time now and let me just stress..... it's nothing they did. When I WAS with them, I had no complaints. They were friendly, polite, customer service was great. Can't fault them. Will be looking to sign up again with them in the near future. Reviewed on: 17th July 2022
