Great experience

Although I opened my account quite some years ago, it was very easy to do this. It is easy to set up regular payments to my savings account as well as easy to withdraw funds with plenty of security features in place to ensure no one else can withdraw my savings. As an addition there are now junior savings accounts which weren't available when I first set up my account, so I can now look at setting accounts up for my children. Although I haven't needed to contact them directly often, on the odd occasions that I have, I have found them to be knowledgeable, informative, friendly, understanding and respectful.
