Great interest rate

They offered a great interest rate at the time I wanted to put an inheritance into savings. I found it easy to misunderstand the rules of how to make a deposit and it took me a while to get it right but I think that was my fault not theirs. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024

Bank with a non sensical one savings account limit

I have a savings account with you (with only a few pounds) and as such I have been excluded from opening an additional account, even when you have been at the top of the savings rates charts. This is due to your stupid ruling that a saver is only allowed one account with you. This deprives you and me and is a rule that I have never encountered alsewhere.
