Overall the online experience was good, although it didn’t trigger the policy documents to be sent through so I had to call and chase them up (4 times throughout the day because each time they weren’t sent) as I needed to send them to my daughters coach that day. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

Easy to use and self explanatory website. A huge amount of sports covered with little ambiguity, unlike a few others where claims could be open to interpretation. The whole process was efficient and straightforward, will be using again for other trips and recommending to friends. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

First class. There are no gimmicks with this policy, no free golf balls, no free rounds of golf, but if you take a closer look at the detail you’ll see it is far better insurance cover than those with gimmicks. I have never needed to make a claim but it does give peace of mind if I did have to. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
