Overall the online experience was good, although it didn’t trigger the policy documents to be sent through so I had to call and chase them up (4 times throughout the day because each time they weren’t sent) as I needed to send them to my daughters coach that day. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024

Easy to use and self explanatory website. A huge amount of sports covered with little ambiguity, unlike a few others where claims could be open to interpretation. First class. There are no gimmicks with this policy, no free golf balls, no free rounds of golf, but if you take a closer look at the detail you’ll see it is far better insurance cover than those with gimmicks. I have never needed to make a claim but it does give peace of mind if I did have to. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
