I had good experience with suits me when they were changing old card to new card, when I didn’t receive my new card I called them and explained the situation within few days my card was deleverd to my address Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Awful, avoid like the plague!

Awful! Charged for anything and everything! Even viewing your balance at an atm! They change services forget to charge you so then take £30 for 3 months when the feel like it! No responses for weeks if ever for complaints, no answer to close my account meaning still can charge me! Taking massive advantage of people in a financial vulnerable state. Having seen a single cash back reward or any other ‘rewards’ just completely awful! Avoid! Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

This is terrible been on phone today for 4 hrs waiting to be answered and still didn't iv had such poor service with them ni communication and iv put in a compliant. Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for disputes to ring me about money being taken out of my account which I did not have 100 pound to be exact.
