Could do with some app improvements, but does the job.

Although the service has improved since the banking system was updated, the app is still quite glitchy. For example, when trying to add a payee on the app, if you leave the screen it takes you back to the main page and you have to start all over again. It’s a bit frustrating especially when other banks are so far advanced with their UX. But - it does the job. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
