Interest rates far too high. Some people have no option sometimes to pay a large unexpected bill. For returning customers they should reward you like any other company for loyalty. It’s quick and easy which is great but in the long term it can be a bit shit. It’s an appliance choice of course but a regular user should be rewarded with lower interest rates. Payday/short term loan rates aside for a moment. Assuming you do find yourself needing a short term loan, I've found Sunny to be quick and easy to use and easy to make payments online if you want to pay early or pay extra (unlike a lot of payday company's I've used). So you're not forced to sit in a call queue to pay your loan off if you want to. They also set a credit limit and let you take multiple loans up to the credit limit so you can spread your borrowing in order to avoid interest on money you don't need yet. I would recommend - if short term borrowing is your only option of course. Reviewed on: 11th April 2019
