Very easy website to use, simple wording and explanations. Great communication as well throughout the process. When there was a problem with Nat west nationally, and my money didnt go out of my bank, the Sunny team were there and helped me out so I wouldnt be charged extra interest as i panicked. Customer Services have been brilliant, fast responses, friendly and consistant. I also had to change my bank card details, my call answered almost straight away and it was actioned straight away.
