Great scooter insurance

You never know

We have been with surewise ever since my wife had her first mobility scooter. Unto now we have never had to make a claim, but just knowing my wife’s scooter is covered is a very comforting thing. The annual fee is negligible when you think how much a new scooter would cost, or even a claim against you. So worth the money. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

They prove they care

Surewise have impressed me from day one, they listen, they understand, they care but most importantly they respect their clientèle. With so many businesses these days chasing the hard sell it is quaint but so refreshing to find a business that puts respect before gain. Some people using mobility scooters have a vulnerability which some use to their advantage, I would advise any of them to try Surewise and note the marked difference in their business ethic compared to others. Peace of mind

I need insurance for my powered wheelchair as I feel there is a risk of people in supermarkets stepping back and falling against my wheelchair, The will feel like I had run into them. So third party cover is necessary no matter how careful I am. This is a low risk but it is likely that, like with car drives and pedestrians the ‘driver’ will be blamed. I have found Surewise to be the most reasonable cover for this. Even through I have it on auto-renewal they do not keep increasing the premium each year to high rates like some car insurers do. So I dont have to keep looking for new insurers to get the best deal. Also, as they are owned by the Salvation Army then there profits go to supporting a great cause. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Great pricing & customer services

Have been with them for a while now and although been lucky enough not to need to claim, I have spoken to customer services a few times, as have changed my scooter during this time & now gone onto a wheelchair, they couldn't be more helpfull. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
