My scooter broke down while out shopping, they quickly arranged a taxi to collect me and the scooter and take us home. Then sent someone to check it over . Very pleased with the service. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Great company

I've been with Surewise for just over 2 years for my mobility scooter..it gives me confidence should I break down they will pick my up and bring me home If not fixed on the spot..although I've never made a claim it gives me ease of mind to know they are there..also the payments have not gone up..it also covers the tyres too.. Excellent service great value

I have been with Surewise for many years & thankfully have not had to claim until recently when my issue was dealt with promptly & claim sorted. Simple and straightforward to set up and use

This company was recommended to me by my mobility scooter provider. Setting up the policy was simplicity itself and everything is very clear in language that is easy to understand. The amount of cover is also extensive. Renewal each year is automatic with advance notice should you wish to make any changes. The price is very reasonable. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Mobility Scooter

For the first time ever I needed to obtain insurance to cover my scooter and on checking found Surewise although not the cheapest had to my mind the best all round cover. I also found their Webb site to be easy to find my way around and on this basis have recommended them to others in need of insurance. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
