Easy to open a savings account, the interest rate was market leading, and the app is well built and responsive. Paying in and out is... Paying in and out is fast and smooth process, the actual transfers are often very quick also. The saving pots feature is handy, though I don’t use it much. I joined Tandem as compared to most other banks they had a high interest rate on their Easy Access savings accounts. I had an issue... I joined Tandem as compared to most other banks they had a high interest rate on their Easy Access savings accounts. I had an issue where I tried to send my tax rebate from HMRC into the savings account directly, but this was blocked because I could only deposit from linked bank accounts. This resulted in a back and forth of me calling both Tandem and HMRC with neither accepting responsibility. After my 4th call with Tandem they were able to resolve this.
