They have been incredibly helpful the entire time when dealing with them. Everyone is ready to answer queries and they are so easy to deal with. I have used TFS twice, and both experiences have been easy. The customer service team work with you and do their very best to get the best for you without pressure and ensuring you do not borrow more than you can afford. when i needed another loan i just came straight back to TFS as i knew it would be simple and easy.
