Straight forward and easy process

This is my second loan with tfs and I have never had any problems with them, from beginning to present it's been a simple process , I needed to change my payment date due to unforeseen circumstances and the brilliant customer service operator's helped me sort this and I now get e-mails and text message reminding me when my payments are due I would highly recommend this company Reviewed on: 13th May 2017

Fast friendly peace of mind

I recently had a loan with tfs and from the very beginning they were more than accommodating to my situation and needs very helpful in every step and to make sure payments are easily affordable everything is explained in a clear manner and the isn't a (stupid question) they will take time and go through it as many times as it takes . I myself had an unfortunate set back and was unable to make a payment or two but they were so helpful of the situation if you talk to them anything can be addressed and sorted with great help. I've recently paid off my loan and the team were great to help me there customer service is second to none in my opinion would highly recommend to anyone that has made mistakes in the past these are your second chance Reviewed on: 12th May 2017

Friendly, fast, and thorough

The team were friendly and moved our application quickly. They were sure to be thorough with our application to ensure that both my self my guarantor were entering into an affordable and low risk agreement. The money was transferred as soon as all the correct information was submitted and I have been paying off my loan for over a year now with no defaults.
