Excellent service at a competitive price

We've insured our caravan twice with The Insurance Emporium, and found the level of customer service very good. Although we haven't had to make a claim, whenever we have had to contact them, they are quick to respond, courteous and very helpful. And, also happened to be the cheapest cover on review of comparison site results. New Caravanner with one less worry

as a new caravan owner, i was a little daunted by the number of providers of insurance and was concerned that the prices being quoted maybe cost prohibitive, however the Insurance Emporium took a lot of that stress away by providing a quote within our budget, with features i wasn't expecting (new for old cover for a used caravan) with a price which was more than competitive to others in the market place. an easy transaction which gave me the confidence of knowing my caravan was in safe hands and would happily look at them when my policy is due for renewal Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
