Thinkmoney BANK IS LOSING CLIENTS MONEY on ACCOUNTS

Thinkmoney bank is losing money on the client's accounts! The statement will show that the money went from your card account to the bill account, but they did not come there. I had this in October and in December now. I will make a complaint to the financial ombudsman. the bank sent me a message - that there was an error in their system and they manually credited the money 5000 pounds to the my account again. SCAM BANK

They are the worse , they keep your funds held with no explanation whatsoever. The only thing they say its the same old excuse that is " we are regulated by the FC Authority we follow regulations " What about solve the problem rather than the same excuses ? They have held my funds for over 8 months when I called them they say that cannot disclose any information however my funds are held in their bank . The funny part is that im a customer with multiple bank accounts and their customer service are excellent. This so called Think Money Bank their customer support is appaling its the worse , rude staff , and they just say the same thing over and over again. Dont bank with this Scamming bank . Why is this bank allowed to exsist

This bank should be closed down. They do not have 24/7 support. cant contact them at weekends. cant access mu money. cant get my pin, even though they say to click on the MY CARD section in the App, it is not there. I spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get through and the line was disconnected. i have tried to call them over 6 times and have still yet to be connected to someone. This is a disgraceful company and should be fined and closed down as soon as possible. Reviewed on: 27th June 2022

Abousltly terrible

I opened an account with them 9 months ago. Their service is bad, their app is literally trash. Constantly freezing, not properly laid out. It looks like it was built by a first year university student. Even simple features like open banking or Apple Pay are missing. They claim to help you budget but all transactions are marked as 'Salary to card' or 'Card to salary' so you can't even make any sense of how your money is being spent. They do not help you with managing your money at all. The so called budgeting feature is transferring your upcoming bills to some other account - to which, they restrict your access. Anyone with half a brain knows to ensure they have more money in their account than their outgoing bills so their value prop there is moot. The real service they provide is access to banking for people with bad credit, and since they know that their customers are people who are struggling, they fully take advantage of that by treating their customers like second class citizens. If you do not have bad credit, do not bother with this bank as every day with them is borrowed. They will inevitably close your account without warning and leave you high and dry. They charge you £10/month for providing nothing. At the very least you would expect some sensible customer service for that price, but nothing. Just bad service, regular outages and sub par tech. They have now closed my account without informing me at all. They send emails every day asking me to get a credit card with them, but can't send me an email to inform me that they are closing my account. I don't know why they closed my account, and to be honest I don't care. I just want my money back. Good riddance. I had read the reviews online, and judging by how bad their service has been, I knew it was just a matter of time and I made contingencies for this. The only way they can have such a high rating on review sites is if they pay these people or they flood the sites with fake reviews. As I write this, I have been on the phone to their 'customer service' for 45 minutes. They have no physical branches so this is the only way to contact them. Such is the life you will live if you choose to bank with Think Money. If you have any other option, I advise you to take it. Avoid this bank at all cost. Reviewed on: 14th April 2022

Transfers not arriving and receiving until much later or not at all without proper explanation. Now won't let me use the lottery,they have technical issues,over 10 days now and now refuses my card altogether, it's been rejected by eon now for months,hour long to speak to someone. Won't stop contacting me!

I have never been a customer of this bank. Someone tried to scam me online and steal my details, but only got some, enough to try and open an account with these people. I have contacted them and made the story clear, they have assured me it will go no further, but it's a few months later and I still get emails telling me to complete my account setup, despite all my efforts to end this, unsubscribe, etc. I just keep on getting the emails, so contrary to their assurances of removing me from their system, I'm obviously very much still on it.
