Think Money are amazing. Brilliant system - A account for direct debits, standing orders etc., which you don’t have access to. B account is your spending money. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Rubbish

Rubbish transfers contine to fail leaving family members stranded, complaints not taken seriously and robbed every month as they fail to give service I pay for Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Money going missing

£345 just vanished from my account Friday 24th Feb 2023. Been told to wait two working days after I have sent them all the evidence they need. Appalling left my family with no food heat or baby stuff as I have a 2 year old daughter. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Shit

Thinkmoney BANK IS LOSING CLIENTS MONEY on ACCOUNTS

Thinkmoney bank is losing money on the client's accounts! The statement will show that the money went from your card account to the bill account, but they did not come there. I had this in October and in December now. I will make a complaint to the financial ombudsman. the bank sent me a message - that there was an error in their system and they manually credited the money 5000 pounds to the my account again. Be careful, check your old statements! Reviewed on: 6th December 2022

SCAM BANK

They are the worse , they keep your funds held with no explanation whatsoever. The only thing they say its the same old excuse that is " we are regulated by the FC Authority we follow regulations " What about solve the problem rather than the same excuses ? They have held my funds for over 8 months when I called them they say that cannot disclose any information however my funds are held in their bank . The funny part is that im a customer with multiple bank accounts and their customer service are excellent. This so called Think Money Bank their customer support is appaling its the worse , rude staff , and they just say the same thing over and over again. Dont bank with this Scamming bank . Now after this post Chris will come with the same bot system message saying the same thing that he says to all customers. SCAM BANK Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

illegally keeping customers funds and lying

Why is this bank allowed to exsist

This bank should be closed down. They do not have 24/7 support. cant contact them at weekends. cant access mu money. cant get my pin, even though they say to click on the MY CARD section in the App, it is not there. I spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get through and the line was disconnected. i have tried to call them over 6 times and have still yet to be connected to someone. This is a disgraceful company and should be fined and closed down as soon as possible. Reviewed on: 27th June 2022

Brilliant banking made easy

Abousltly terrible

No helpful at all the app is pointless. Wating time on the phone is over 45min. What is the £10 per month for? I will be closing my sons account. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022
