They then ask to send verified IDs(again), updated bank statement from giftor(again), certified translation documents(again), notarizations, etc. Mental torture for 3 weeks long and still not giving YES or NO answer. The most horrible experience was given a bridge loan where the representative from the company falsely told us the rate will not be changing much... The most horrible experience was given a bridge loan where the representative from the company falsely told us the rate will not be changing much at all and after a few months the monthly payment was almost double making it impossible to sustain so we had to pay it back where they charged us £15,800 early redemption fee even though we had the exact date and time the representative gave us the false information, the recording was pulled out, and even after that the management refused to give us early repayment back. We want to report to financial boards, but apparently because it was not a residential loan, they have no governing body which makes them be able to get away with ripping people off. This is one of the most terrible companies and we took the complaint to the highest people in the company and they didn’t give us the early repayment feedback. we also had to pay almost £20,000 for the loan set up which was 2% fee and valuation fees one percent arrangement fee and many other charges so altogether we ended up losing over £36,000 for this loan which was misrepresented and lied to buy this company we wish we had more information as we have now realised there is many people like us who have been taken advantage of by this horrible company. Do not use this company. I am so regret I have made the decision to gone for BTL mortgage with them. They are so unfair... Do not use this company. I am so regret I have made the decision to gone for BTL mortgage with them. They are so unfair to their customers. Taking my repayment money and not processing for months. When I found out what they done, I didn’t even get a sorry. They promised me to call me back with details explained and never did. Also told me I can’t complaint because they did investigation and they are happy with located my repayment.
