Excellent value. Easy to apply. Spoke to customer services and the member of staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and able to sort the cover we needed taking into account our health issues. Easy to apply for, but I haven't yet had a cause to claim so can't comment on the processes or standard of customer service. This was the cheapest backpacker insurance available for someone with my (minor) underlying health condition, but still £800 so not cheap! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Buying and price were good

I bought the policy about a month ago and went on a 10day holiday to Germany with my wife. I haven't had to call on TI4M for help or a claim, so I can't properly answer some of the questions posed. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Peace of mind

It's was a bit expensive, but I have a lot of health issues so it gave me peace of mind whilst travelling that if anything happened I knew I would be looked after and got home safely. I suppose you can't put a price on peace of mind Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
