The cover and service excellent

The cover is excellent and the service we have had since we had to cancel a booked holiday has been great. We were kept informed all the way by the broker Collinson. We have now received settlement. This took one day to hit our bank out once the claim had been reviewed. The whole process took less than six weeks from start to finish. Excellent service Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Your staff member Julie dealt with my problem and resolved it for me by getting insurance from another company. Not only did she get me a good price for my cruise insurance, she got me a refund on the previous insurance I had got myself but I had forgotten to add one of my pre existing conditions. Easy communication and tailor made cover.

we were given details to contact 4Medical by a friend after trying several well known companies and finding them very expensive. The online form was easy, the cover tailor made and the price much more palatable. Communication with the company is easy, with monthly newsletters. We have not had our holiday yet but feel confident that, should we need it, help is at the end of the phone line. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

4 Medical - The Calm amidst the Storm

I have had to claim on my insurance several times due to flights being cancelled and being left high and dry by various airlines. On all occasions 4 Medical were extremely helpful and efficient during a very stressful time. I had my claim processed within 24 hours which was incredibly useful after being left heavily out of pocket having to book last minute replacement flights. I would not use another travel insurance company and now most of my friends use them as well. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025
