Although I've not made any claims so far, I really like the 'renewal experience'. It's so easy. Friendly UK based operators who make you feel welcome. I had to increase some of my medication recently, but it made no difference to my policy price! The operators make you feel that if you had to make a claim, it would be an easy experience.
