My Husband & I have many Health Problems. They gave us a great price . They made sure we had numbers to ring if we had a problem on holiday & on our return.We had mail saying. ,we hope you had a good hoiday & this is your contact number if you had a problem .How many companys do that ive not known any. After some ridiculous quotes prohibiting travel found this to, at least, allow travel. In my experience the questions and criteria used to assess cover do not accurately reflect current/individual levels of risk thus preventing people going on EU holidays Reviewed on: 14th August 2018
