I have a complex heart condition and they always offer great value for money. The experience of purchasing travel insurance with them is also so much easier than other insurance companies. Easy to get and online quote and very competitive. All documents are emailed to you so that you can see exactly what you are covered for. I like the breakdown of costs for your medical problems. Shows the countries your insured for. This is the second time we've booked insurance with travel insurance 4 medical and we decided to do an annual insurance this time. I could not find information on whether you had to inform them each time you booked a holiday so I rang customer services and I was told that you don't have to. I was happy with that.
