The answer is blowing in the wind .

Because of covid we cancelled our holiday given government gave us no choice . The travel company arranged to switch holiday to next year so we never made a claim . Our next holiday looks like going the same way . Not the insurer's fault but given that we paid upfront for a worldwide annual policy i would have expected some kind of a refund . Next april they will be contacting us about renewing but have we had value for money this year . Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

COVID- 19 my hoilday insurance

We where going on hoilday on 10 th may 2020 but was cancelled and they changed my hoilday insurance to October 10 th and where very help sending out new updated documents to me free of charge just found them friendly helpful that’s why I come back year after years and very reasonable as I have medical condition can’t fault them Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
