I had a cruise planned and the other insurance quotes i got were ridiculous. like high 3 figures. they quoted me just under 200 for a cruise and when we missed a port, they were extremely quick to refund my missed port. would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 28th August 2025

Quick, easy, cheap: ideal for my two week holiday in Portugal - I could easily see what I was purchasing compared with other insurance and they sent all my documents through in a well marked email that made it easily accessible. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

Ultra-easy to deal with and paid out

I had to make a claim due to a medical emergency and everything went smoothly with the insurance. Never had to claim on travel insurance before and was anxious that it would be covered, but it was painless (the claim, that is!) Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

Customer service representative very helpful on phone.

Customer service representative very helpful on phone. I had to cancel my insurance in the cooling off period as we had to postpone our travel arrangements and were refunded in full promptly. As I've never had to make a claim I don't know how good or bad this part of the service would be. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025
