Price was great, information was relatively easy to find on the website and the emails were useful. The info on the comparison website said that cycling whilst abroad was not covered but I found the info on the company's website that said it was and bought directly through them. I was very impressed the reasonable cost of my holiday insurance and by the support offered by the company when I had to cancel my holiday for health reasons. I received a full refund with minimum delay. Would definitely take out insurance with them again. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025
