In 2023 a family holiday to Thailand had to be cut short due to a death in the family back home, on our return to the UK we started our claims process. The whole claims experience was professional, efficient and quick, I had absolutely no hesitation in renewing this years insurance (didn't even shop around), I was even prepared to pay a little bit more than the next provider was offering, purely based on customer service and the product I'd purchased.
