Easy and friendly

Great staff, with very customer friendly hands on approach. Explained all the jargon to me. Transferred another pension so easily. Web site and account so simple to navigate. I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Enrolment was smooth but app is buggy and login overly complicated

The enrolment process was smooth and easy but the app is buggy, updates are slow, and the login overly complicated. I am now locked out and have to ring up to get back in. Overall a decent experience but needs improvement to stand out. We'll see how investments go before I can comment on that side of the business. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
