My login details were not being accepted, so when I rang to enquire about a new password the employee I spoke to was very polite, extremely helpful and patient whilst I explained the issue. She also talked me through the steps I needed to take to reset my details, in a calm and kind manner. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Early stages with my pension, fantastic service so far

I'm only a few years into my pension, but so far I'm incredibly happy to see my funds being managed safely and continuing to grow. So much so that I'm talking to my partner about switching hers over to True Potential Investor also as their UI shows a much better level of detail than her current provider.
