Safe funds

I was happy to be refered her by my mother. You never know if your funds will be safe or not but i have faith in yous. Its also great just to go on the app and check your funds at all times. Great well done. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018

Very convenient and easy to use

The True Potential Investor app is quick to set up and easy to use. It allows me to conveniently view all my current policy values in one place and track my goal progress. The impulse save option is a great way to be able to add extra funds to an investment quickly and easily. The secure document storage is useful and I have used this personally to store a photo of my passport etc. I have not yet linked my bank account to the app but was thinking of giving this a try. Retirement plans

Looking ahead to my retirement I was advised by a friend to get in touch with True Wealth potential. They talked me through all my options and advised on how best to invest my savings. They were very professional in the way they advised me I was given lots of information and never felt under any pressure. I have found them to be accessible when I needed to talk through any queries that I had. I look forward to reaping the rewards of my investments in the future. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018

Helpful and friendly

Company pension transfer was handled very well, checked why I wanted to move out of DB scheme made sure I was aware of the options, constant contact to keep me up to date and once the transfer completed arranged more meetings to talk about/review the options to cover the loss of income/critical illness benefit I would no longer receive from my company as well as talking about possible future investments as my pension pot was and is greater than the current lifetime allowance. At no point have I ever felt it’s just about the money, there is always a feeling that it’s about making sure my family’s present and future needs are at least met and preferably exceeded.
