Helpful and friendly

Company pension transfer was handled very well, checked why I wanted to move out of DB scheme made sure I was aware of the options, constant contact to keep me up to date and once the transfer completed arranged more meetings to talk about/review the options to cover the loss of income/critical illness benefit I would no longer receive from my company as well as talking about possible future investments as my pension pot was and is greater than the current lifetime allowance. At no point have I ever felt it’s just about the money, there is always a feeling that it’s about making sure my family’s present and future needs are at least met and preferably exceeded. Innovative and Simple

The system is easy to navigate and see how well my investment is doing. The value is updated daily and I can login on my Mac or iPhone to track the progress of my portfolio against my goal. I also like that all documents are stored in my client site and I can message someone securely for guidance if I have any questions. The financial advisor that I discussed my portfolio with was extremely informative and made light of the 'jargon' used by many others.
