Pension all in pot

I was unsure about TPI initially when started my new role & received details through but it is a great service. Have already added my pension from last employer & great can adapt service to exactly what you want & from low to high risk. Still new to it as started it 7 months ago so will update in the future. Great Expectations in Pensions Met!

I have used the online and telephone help teams whilst being a member True Potential, they were great every time and never rushed me or tried to fob me off with 'visit our help page'. Every one has been so helpful and friendly. When I wanted to draw down some of my pension and needed help achieving that, again the True potential team met and exceeded my expectations and successfully helped me to get my money out. The True Potential web page is easy to use and self explanatory for all of the day to day stuff and having the team there when a query pops up is just perfect. Reviewed on: 10th January 2020

Excellent pension provider

The website makes everything accesible and easy to understand. for those of us who are less financially literate. I like the fact that you can easily choose your level of risk for your investments.
