Excellent coverage

My second time using their service for IEC coverage. Had a claim the first time round and had dedicated direct contact with an agent that accommodated reimbursing me the money in a pretty fast turn around. Saying that, the insurance was £200 more this year but still worth it. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

Reliable travel insurance

Used them for my two year working holiday in Canada. Policy coverage is comprehensive, terms are easy to understand. When I had to claim, the process was very simple and I had my money back within a week. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

Easy. Fast. Honest. Reliable

I purchased True Traveller Insurance for my IEC in Canada. I experienced some frightening chest pains and had to seek medical help. Being hundreds miles from home, 5 hours ahead and in a new city I was nervous. But as soon as I phoned True Traveller my worries melted away. I was assured to get all the tests required and to keep them updated. They paid for all my medical cover and the money was reimbursed back into my account within 10 days. I even had a check up call to see if I'm ok and how I'm feeling. I honestly couldn't recommend True Traveller enough. Your health is too important to chance, so go with the experts!
