Great customer care, easy to deal with

Updraft is so easy to use with a great customer experience, although replying to messages can be a little delayed which is probably the only downfall. When they do responses they respond with an easy response which achieves an outcome so you don’t have to keep asking question after question. The transfer of cash is done within a day or two sometimes even quicker which is also great. What I also like about them if you want to change your payment to 4 weekly rather than monthly they allow it and it’s all sorted within minutes. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026
