Date amendment and App

I had to have dates amendment as my payment date changed. Called customer service and they were very helpful and was an easy transition to change the dates. Also since I’ve got out the loan it’s been nice to have the app to see how much I have left, how much is paid etc. Really helpful and I think something that is needed to keep updated! Updraft, excellent people!

Updraft provide reasonable and realistic rates, especially for those of us with less than perfect credit scores. Updraft work beyond a simple number and lending or risk policy, they actually look at your bank using technology to make their decisions, making you feel like an actual human and not a number or risk score. The process is also actually super easy, simply via app which makes it much more pleasant to go through them for a loan, and it's very quick too. And then when you do need to speak to someone they're available via chat on the app at all times too and are super responsive. I've really enjoyed being a customer of updraft.
