I've been an UpDraft customer since it was first opened to the public and had nothing but good experience with both the app and the customer service team. It was easy to get a quote and arrange payment, the team is very helpful and quick to respond enquiries and I love that I can manage my loan so easy on the app. If Updraft came out with more banking products I would probably use them also.
