Updraft has become on one of my favourite lenders since for the first time I had a loan with them. My credit score, finances and savings are at their best. The attention and customer service is like no other. They all very respectful and kind and aware of every of my needs. I’ve been using updraft for the past few years, and in a world of financial chaos it’s great that there is a company that’s there to help. Seeing their development over the years has been great! They have improved their systems so much that their latest app is great to operate and is very user friendly. They have also introduce their Payce product this year I think is fantastic, giving people flexibility to take control of their finances. I am ALWAYS recommending their services to people I know that will benefit from their product. I cannot wait to see where they take the company and are very deserving of an award and recognition!! They will welcome you into their community with open arms, you may feel like the world is against you when applying for a loan but Updraft turns your dreams into reality and couldn’t make it a easier process. There are friendly agents that will respond to any queries you may have and put you the customer first whether you need support or information.
