Always received excellent customer service, my queries were responded to promptly and issues were resolved in great time. The loans I have taken were reasonable for my financial situation and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, unlike some other lenders. Great service all round. Easy, transparent and very handy in a tight spot

Updraft is by far the simplest way to get short term loans that are easily repayable, transparent rates and no hidden charges. I've used them when I'm in a tight spot, usually at the end of the month to cover DDs that come out at awkward times. I usually pay these back within a few days, so it's ideal for me.
