Straight forward, friendly customer service, smooth app

Applying for a loan was very straight forward and simple. The in built chat for customer service is easy to use and they are very quick and responsive and assist in the best of their capabilities. The app itself is very smooth to run and a clear overview of the loan/plan and gives a breakdown of everything. There are other cool features in the app too. What a breath of fresh air updraft have been in the personal loan space, quick decisions along side top notch CS, and this is across both loans I’ve had with them. 10/10 would use again to clear off CC debt. The no late fees and no overpayment fees are icing on the cake Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
