Didn’t think I could get any credit to be able to consolidate what I’d already got in debt. Updraft made me an offer to have lower interest rate and option to pay back more if I was able to, saving me £££’s in the long run!! Easy to use, there when I needed them, 5 Star.

Their app is very easy to use; a lot of features all in one place. Whenever I’ve chatted to customer service I’ve received a really quick response. Updraft were there for me when I needed help and nobody else would look to lend to me. I wanted to consolidate things to make my financial life easier to contend with. Updraft came through and I was able to get back on my feet; I was even able to start saving and have built up £Ks in savings with being able to balance the books better. Excellent service with a human touch!

I didn’t intend to get an updraft loan and was only merely enquiring initially but Ashley, Claire, James, anybody I have had the privilege of speaking with via the handy app, have all been excellent. They’ve been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, human. Hate high street banks who don’t give advice without booking in for a ten hour assessment, or just refer to the website/FAQs. Updraft staff have reviewed my situation with a personal touch, rather than an automated computer, and so far I can’t fault them! I’ve actually taken the loan they offered and whilst the APR was a little high, customer service has won my custom hands down, and with the amount I’m saving from paying other debt, I can pay extra to my loan each month to bring the cost down.
