Most amazingly friendly and professional services

I'm writing this after completing my loan and I had to say they were incredibly helpful. I found myself in a bad situation where my car became unecconimical to run or repair. After speaking to the customer service team and explained the situation they gave me an option to scrap my car and all they asked for was some simple proof of the situation. Which of course I was happy to provide because I needed to get rid of the car I couldn't be paying insurance for a car I could not use and only have off street parking. All they asked in return was proof I had scrapped the car and I continue paying my loan. Which as a person of principle I did. I because I was able to scrap the car the money I saved on the car insurance I was able to use this and clear the loan earlier than scheduled which turns out saved me money as well. So I wanted people out there to know my personal experience and would whole heartily use this company again without any question. Reviewed on: 26th June 2017

help when been refused by others

quick application, nice and easy, did have some problems with customer service but was just a minor misunderstanding, and quickly rectified by the managing director, which shows they are willing to listen to, and work with customers, which is always nice to see in a company, i wouldnt hesitate in using them again, they helped me out when others wouldnt Reviewed on: 26th June 2017

Fast, painless, straight forward experience

When the need to take out a loan was there, I found it extremely difficult to get a loan from the bank. Looking through the minefield of other options I was dubious about taking out a logbook loan. I called around a few lenders and varooma just had it, the chap on the phone kept it simple booked a visit straight away and following this the money as promised in my account 2 hours later.
