I have used Voyager Travel Insurance for several years as it is one of the few specialist insurers proving cover for my adventure motor cycle... I have used Voyager Travel Insurance for several years as it is one of the few specialist insurers proving cover for my adventure motor cycle trips through Europe.     Travel Insurance Claim Not Paid.

    I made a claim for a changed flight. Voyager employed a loss adjuster who declared my claim was invalid.

    We were loyal customers of Voyager Travel Insurance for years and used them multiple times without issue. Their website pricing was always reasonable, and their... We were loyal customers of Voyager Travel Insurance for years and used them multiple times without issue. Their website pricing was always reasonable, and their team was consistently available whenever we needed advice or support. As a family, they were our go-to choice for travel coverage. ​Unfortunately, that loyalty ended when my health situation changed. Following a diagnosis of metastatic cancer, Voyager was completely unwilling to offer coverage or work with us in any way. While I understand that pre-existing conditions present risks for insurers, I expected at least some degree of consideration, flexibility, or tailored options after years of reliable business. Instead, we were flat-out turned away. ​It is deeply disappointing to discover that years of loyalty mean nothing when your circumstances become challenging.
