Easy to understand, hassle free and great communication.

I have absolutely no knowledge/experience of investing or stocks and shares etc so it was a bit of a scary step into the unknown to set up an investment ISA with Wealthify. But I have to say the whole process has been really easy to follow - the app is great and is able to keep you up to date so well, plus the communication is excellent overall - you really feel like they're keeping you updated with everything that's happening. I liked the ability to tailor my ISA to an ethical plan with different levels of confidence/risk as well. I'd recommend Wealthify to anyone who feels the idea of investing is intimidating or overwhelming as they take care of everything brilliantly and leave you feeling as if you understand what's happening.
