Very easy process creating S&S ISAs for my Grandchildren. Regular updates confirming receipt of contributions and easy to understand dashboard. As someone from a Banking background I was very impressed with the ease of process, quality of product and performance. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

Very easy to set my children up with their Stocks and Shares ISA. Was able to add all of my children and quick to access their investments on the App. THere is interesting information with regards to how the markets may perform due to geo politics etc. This helped inform my decision on the risk level. Been easy to set up and change any information or preferences. The app is also user friendly. I have had no issues so haven’t had to use customer service. They are good at keeping you updated with relation to changes to the plan, when deposits are due and once they reach your account. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

Seems to perform well. App is great and simple to use along side and customer service. I use DIrect Debit and would be good if money went into account a little faster - but minor point. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

Such a knowledgeable & solid company. I feel my Son's money is in good hands. They keep me up to date regularly on market changes & when they move the investment around.
