I have asked numerous companies for quotation for travel insurance with pre existing medical conditions to either be met with the response of condition not accepted or the cost of the insurance extremely high. I have always found this company to value the customer and often the quotes meet with the expectations of the customer. Staff are always helpful knowledgeable kind and polite. I have Leukaemia and have struggled in the past to get cover but they do offer everything I need. They also always show compassion and kindness when asking all the medical questions. Reviewed on: 15th September 2018

Easiest on line travel insurance I've ever had with immediate telephone reponse.

I make several trips a year mostly to the continent with a coach company that does historical trips and to my daughter in the USA. World First Travel have a easy to use web site keep you fully informed by e mail. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim but looking through the paperwork I'm sure they would favourable respond. Reviewed on: 15th September 2018

WORLD 1ST WERE THE ONLY INSURANCE COMPANY TO OFFER ME A BRILLIANT QUOTE WITH SUPERB COVER. I HAVE TERMINAL CANCER. I CONTACTED MANY OTHER INSURERS WHO LOAD VERY HEAVILY FOR THIS, EVEN THOUGH I AM STILL VERY FIT AND HEALTHY. WORLD FIRST DO NOT HEAVILY PENALISE CUSTOMERS FOR THIS DIAGNOSIS. I CAN STILL HAVE MY DREAM HOLIDAY THANKS TO WORLD 1ST. OTHERWISE IT WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. WITH OTHER INSURERS THE PREMIUM WAS MORE THAN THE HOLIDAY.
