I purchased travel insurance for my mother which was proving difficult and overly complicated with our normal insurer. We found exactly what we needed and at a lower price than we had been offered elsewhere. How often does that happen?! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2016

Comprehensive cover, competative prices and great customer service!

The call centre staff are very friendly and based in the UK. The questions they ask enable a good understanding and overview of my medical conditions so I feel comfortable that I am fully covered. The price was also very competitive. Reviewed on: 1st October 2016

Cheap for some medical conditions but poor claims handling

I have been waiting seven weeks for a simple claim to be processed. Received a letter after one week saying claim would be dealt with in four weeks. Not good. Reviewed on: 30th September 2016
