The only company to meet our needs

My husband and I both had medical conditions to declare. Out of all the companies we tried, World First was the only one to ask relevant questions. We felt they understood our conditions and looked at our case with a sensible eye. We were more than pleased with their offer of cover and were able to go on a much-needed holiday with peace of mind. Realistically priced travel insurance

I have taken out travel insurance with this company on many occasions in respect of my partner, who had a previous history of heart problems and latterly lung cancer. For a two week holiday in the Canaries during a remission period when the Consultant had agreed it would be safe to travel, I received many quotations for travel insurance that exceeded the cost of the holiday, but World First quoted an acceptable price and we were able to go. Excellent service for travellers with health issues.

Having tried to use comparison websites it was so much simpler to speak to someone who explained everything and listened to the details of my husbands health history. Would highly recommend World First Travel Insurance who are also very competitive. Reviewed on: 19th September 2016

Wonderful prices, very helpful staff. No need to look anywhere else especially for cover for any pre-existing medical conditions. I no longer need to look anywhere else as I know a world First will always have the best service, best cover and best price. Reviewed on: 19th September 2016

Competitive prices with excellent cover

Easy to deal with and the price they gave me was excellent compared with other quotes. As my husband has a medical problem I thought we would struggle to find insurance but this company were marvelous and made life a lot easier for me. They talked me through my husbands condition and were able to provide cover for an excellent price. Other companies were accelerating the price once they knew there was a medical condition involved but not this company. They seemed so fair and honest that I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for good all round travel insurance. Reviewed on: 19th September 2016

Competitive at covering pre-existing illnesses

I went round and round on the phone and online to find a good quote, including my pre-existing illnesses, at a good price. The online questions were very specific and detailed and I quickly bought good cover at a very fair price. Reviewed on: 19th September 2016

Two years ago this month when my husband took ill in Marmaris Turkey

We attended a clinic and my husband was rushed into hospital I then phoned First Would who were very helpful I had no idea we were taken to a private hospital where my husband was put into special care ... I phoned each day to let First would know how things were going and the response was very good and very caring ...On arriving home I had to make a contact with the company they gave me a number to contact and within weeks a payment was made back into our account ..We were very pleased .Last year we took another holiday and used this same company Reviewed on: 19th September 2016
