I broke my nose in a pool with my partners 4 year old child on day 5 of our holiday. World first took over our holiday, accompdation and all of our flights home. They cleared my surgery and were with me every step of the way. Can't fault them and feel they went above and beyond for myself and family. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
