Realistic premiums, excellent cover & customer service.

Am 70+ with pre-existing heart and other conditions, travelling to Mexico several times a year to visit family. World First have covered us (wife + adult son) on a policy offering excellent coverage. Never had to claim yet (thankfully) but good cover at a price significantly lower than other so called market leaders. Also when I had to visit Mexico during Covid although World First couldn't cover me they put me in touch with another Company which could offer specialist cover. Would take a lot for me to consider using someone else and we're going to be travelling to Mexico for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 11th September 2024

Helpful and friendly staff

I used to arrange travel insurance for an elderly aunt and I found the World First Travel team exceptionally helpful. My Aunt was 96 on her last journey to America where she was able to spend Christmas for the last time with her family. Sadly she died suddenly and peacefully while she was there and the World First team were very helpful. I intend to use the myself when I embark on an Indian adventure Reviewed on: 11th September 2024

I have had a great experience with World First Travel Insurance. It was affordably priced and the amount of cover is very clearly explained at the point of purchased. I got an email to see I was due to renew, giving me plenty of time to shop around if needed, which I appreciated. I couldn't find a better price or policy and my autorenewal was processed exactly when I expected, without fuss. Easy, helpful, great communication and great value. Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
