Pointless Policy

Purchased a travel policy but they do not cover pandemic even thou it was taken out way before COVID-19. Pointless as the flights, accommodation NOTHING is covered. Not interested in helping and useless customer services. Very poor and would not recommend. No support, no customer satisfaction and no cover. POINTLESS Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

The consultant I spoke to when we needed insurance, I have a few medical issues, was very considerate and patient, even when we had the holiday cancelled it wasn’t an issue very easily sorted, would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
