Unfortunately following mike bike theft, Yellow Jersey responded very quickly to my notification, with a list of requirements, as I had these to hand the claim was agreed within 6 hours. No hassle no unfair conditions. and no hesitation in continuing with Yellow Jersey. Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

Superb service from start to finish

My bicycle was sadly stolen, so i spoke with Kien at Yellow Jersey who was superb. Initially there were fears my bike was not covered, due to an issue with the lock i used, but Kien went above and beyond to ensure I was covered, arranged for a replacement bicycle which has now been delivered. Amazing customer service, which to be honest, is not something i ever expected from an insurance company. Reviewed on: 14th September 2020
